The pale blue-green of the stone is exactly like sea water in person, and the tapered band sits so comfortably I forget I'm wearing it. The double-claw bezel holds the oval securely while letting light hit it from every angle, making it look alive with every hand movement.

The double-claw bezel really shows off that pale blue-green stone beautifully, and the tapered gold band makes the oval look even bigger on my finger. I keep catching light in it at my desk and just staring.

I was nervous about the color being too dark, but this aquamarine is exactly that pale sea-glass blue, crystal clear and icy in person. The tapered band is slim enough for everyday wear, yet it feels substantial and secure on my finger. Honestly, it looks like it costs twice what I paid.
