De ovale aquamarijn van de Azalea Ring is gezet in een dubbele klauwzetting boven een taps toelopende band van 14K geel goud, met een heldere, licht blauwgroene tint. De edelsteen, genoemd naar het Latijnse aqua marina, "zeewater", was heilig voor de Romeinen, die er het beeld van Neptunus in graveerden en het de Liefdessteen noemden vanwege het geluk dat het een huwelijk zou brengen.
